I have the entirety of the novel published on Royal Road for free. I'm actively publishing the second novel of the series as well! You can find the link to both in my bio.
Katherine Arden of Winternight Trilogy fame has written a WWI novel called THE WARM HANDS OF GHOSTS. After a week of books that just were not it, I’m settling into this #ARC with great pleasure. #bookstodon#fantasy#sff@bookstodon
If you're a #Kindle reader in the US, Amy Bearce's World of Aluvia series is $0.99 right now! World of Aluvia is an upper MG/lower YA series for kids who may have aged out of most middle grade books but still aren't quite ready for traditional young adult books. This fun fantasy series in a magical world is perfect for both young readers and the young at heart!
The terrifying premise at the heart of The Painted Man by Peter V. Brett is compelling. For three centuries humanity has lived in fear of the setting of the sun, which portends the rising of demons from the earth to slaughter them during the hours of darkness. The only protection against the hordes are magical defensive wards that keep them at bay until the sun rises once more. @bookstodon
