“I thought, what would happen if we took the donut and connected it to a series of elongated, pod-like shapes, so that it almost looked like one of those electricity-generating wind turbines?" (Wired)

It was only distributed to devs and select fans.

Luckily, there's now a scan, courtesy of Reddit user "Colinsblaster"! 👇

Mass Effect (2007): The Citadel, unused concept by Derek Watts
I love this design. I hope it will be recycled in the next Mass Effect game, which has been in production for several years, and on which Derek Watts, original Art Director on the Mass Effect trilogy, is working.

It's called fashion, baby! Presenting the Tailors and Dyers Hall, a shop in the St. Olms canton in Vivec, by Nirvana201.

Nirvana comments: “In Morrowind's design, the shop doesn’t feature much detail, so I really wanted to see how it would feel to change that and make it something better and more practical for Skywind. This logic applies to every interior design I personally make.”

A screenshot of the Tailors and Dyers Hall from Morrowind. The adobe walls and floors are replete with tapestries and rugs of the same kind. Two adjacent tables are laid out with wares, and two shopkeepers stand behind them.
