@m10 Dzięki za polecenie, właśnie skończyłem czytać. Nie myślałem że w partii #go można z sukcesem pokazać zachodzące zmiany w Japońskim społeczeństwie, jak i uchwycić zmianę podejścia do go ze sztuki do sportu. Poleciłeś książkę, a chyba wrócę do starego hobby jakim było Go #przeczytane @ksiazki

I switched to WFPB overnight (from a meat-heavy low-carb diet), and at first it was somewhat disorienting (in a good way: that feeling you get when you're trying something totally new to you — see https://leisureguy.wordpress.com/2019/05/20/finding-pleasure-in-the-discomfort-of-learning-new-skills/).

Now it's easy because I've learned to think in WFPB when thinking about meals.
