These look beautiful. They are so thoughtful and obviously you put seriously thought, care, and effort into them. My spouse and I would have loved to receive them as gifts. Our favorite part would be the secret impressionist nipple that is revealed when you put them together. We love boobs.
Scott Campbell, artist at Double Fine. If you’re thinking his art looks like Psychonauts, it is indeed that Psychonauts looks like his art, because it is.
It’s good to see that his personal posts are just filled with him drawing whatever he feels like, because that always leads to some incredible art.
Thx! I left to find a job, originally in UK, in 1996. I was a programmer originally. Then I met my (French-in-the-US) husband on IRC, got married, and also moved to the US. Been there since 2001. Here I became a tech journalist, and then an artist (mostly collage art, where I had a very successful career in the 2010s – paintings/illustration are new to me).
The reason to come back I detailed in another reply here.
Thanks for sharing your story! And sorry about your dad, being away from family is the main reason why I’d like to stay close by. It’s bittersweet but I’m happy you’re getting closer to your mom 😊 I hope your husband still has family in France, he will be closer as well
That’s cool, but to totally poke lighthearted fun, they shouldn’t need a suit inside the spaceship and if the planets were all that close together, they would collide into some kind of superstructure.
The first point, in context of the title, could be explained by default security procedure on rebooting of the spaceship. You don’t know of some error could lead to some airlock malfunction. Also we don’t know what caused the reboot in the first place. Maybe she fixed something and now is waiting for the ship to boot up and restore life support.
