Ukrainian Journalist Victoria Roshchyna disappeared, IWMF says

According to the International Women’s Media Foundation (IWMF), the last time she got in touch with tbe organisation was on 3 August from a Russia-occupied territory from which she was reporting. She said that she had passed several days of border checks but did not say where exactly she was. She has not been heard from since.

The 26-year old has been on the frontlines of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine since the war began in February 2022. She was previously captured by Russian forces in March 2022 and was held for 10 days in Berdyansk.
