Russia to force hospitals and private clinics to share potential conscripts’ patient records with military enlistment offices

Medical organizations in Russia, including private clinics, will be forced to share patient records with military enlistment offices. This information will then be added to Russia’s registry of conscripts, said Andrey Kartapolov, the chairman of the State Duma’s Defense Committee.
