The UN Resident & Humanitarian Coordinator in Ukraine Denise Brown stated the following: «Humanitarian workers, facilities and assets are protected under international humanitarian law. Direct attacks or indiscriminate attacks are strictly prohibited. International humanitarian law is not an option, it is an obligation and must be upheld.» This cynical terrorist attack took place just before the meeting of the UN General Assembly, at which the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the criminal state of russia is scheduled to speak.
