I don’t think they mean that. They are saying that the GOP is open to it because they are idiots who don’t understand their own stupidity and don’t understand that their actions play into the eventual “state capture” where once the fundamentals of the US government are eroded to the point where fascist dictators control everything and people like putler are welcomed.
