Do I need to completely take out the motherboard of my ThinkPad X200s to reapply thermal paste?

I purchased a tube of thermal paste for my Xbox 360 and would like to reapply the thermal paste on my X200s. I am struggling to find videos about reapplying thermal paste on it.
