Help hard resetting Merkury (Geeni) smart light bulb

I hope this is on topic for this community - I have been using these Merkury (Geeni) smart bulbs in my house for several years now, and suddenly three of them (out of 9) forgot who they were and lost connection to my home network. I have fixed this in the past by factory resetting them, which is done by cycling power to them...
