Decided to open my Amiga emulator and play one of my favorites from my teenage years. If you’ve never played this game, you’ll be surprised when you do. 4 tables. It feels surprisingly realistic. The ball moves like on a real pinball table. The music is very late 80s early 90s, of course!
Based on disassembly of the PC DOS version, this port runs on PC, Mac and Linux and features many enhancements such as quick saving and the ability to mod the game including level design.

Played this game back back in the early 2000s era. I wish they made games like this again. Combat was a bit clunky but the music, story line, and voice acting were fantastic. Obviously left an impression nearly 20 years later.
Revisiting the 1997 Microsoft SideWinder Force Feedback Pro joystick for PC! This started off as simple FFB stick nostalgia, showing off a few Windows 95 games, annnd ended up going down rabbit holes on gameport adapters, DirectX, patent trolls, and the quiet demise/resurrection of force feedback flight sticks.
