Seems like they don't want people helping themself out a hole. If they are going to stop people from spending on things that may not look helpful but might actually help them do something like start a business so they no longer need the government's money, that sucks.
The government seems to want to have full control and that sucks, expecially for people with disabilities. Oh you have a disability I don't understand, well you don't this thing that helps with pain.
