The extreme cruelty and appropriate historical comparisons aside, the mechanisms being proposed for the mass removal of immigrants are functionally a police state that can be easily turned against other groups as the whims of an imperial president change.
Since the New York Times spent last week telling us how strong a chance Trump has, maybe its time to see what a nightmare that he would impose.

Neither party wants to actually help these immigrants. Trump sucks but why lie about Biden in the meantime?
@TonyStark he isn't anywhere close to allowing the current legal maximum immigrants in this year. That is one trivially obvious thing he could do if he cared.
