Images of the destruction in Derna, Libya, apparently caused by the collapse of dams upstream after heavy rains from a "Medicane".
Fueled by the abnormally warm waters of the Mediterranean.

Derna, before and after the flood. I think the 3 buildings on the Mediterranean coast, left of the river, can be recognized in both pictures. A lot of buildings simply don't exist anymore.
