The General Data Protection Regulation has given people control over their personal #data.

Now, we now want to ensure it is effectively enforced in cross-border cases.

Today, we proposed new rules to bring quicker remedies to individuals and more legal certainty for businesses.

Our proposal will also streamline cooperation between national data protection authorities, supporting more vigorous #GDPR enforcement.
