The first lab-grown burger cost $330,000 to create in 2013. The price has fallen to just under $10 per burger today, which is remarkable progress in just a decade.

It’s a remarkable scientific success, but the general public is divided over whether it will eat cultured meat (CM) products. Would you?

I’m already eating Impossible burger and sausage as part of my diet. I would absolutely eat lab-grown meat as long as there is a reasonably priced low-fat option. (The low-fat part is a medical requirement for me, sadly.)

@TheConversationUS Sure! Bring on the cultured meat, without having to slaughter an innocent animal! I don't see why people would be against this, but then other people are strange.
