My wife started it several hours after she woke up with symptoms and tested + on a home test, started feeling better the next day, and was pcr- 5 days after starting her course. Another big plus to Paxlovid is that it has been shown to reduce your odds of long Covid: https://www.cnn.com/2022/11/06/health/paxlovid-long-covid-va-study/index.html This is true if you are vaxxed or not. (The other two proven long-Covid odds reducers are vaccination and Metformin.) Feel better soon!
