With outdoor photography, you can only plan. What you get is completely at the whim of Mother Nature. We were staying with a friend about 20 min from Peggy's Cove, NS. We wanted sunrise images at Peggy's Cove, so got up before sunrise, left under clear skies, and drove into fog so thick we could barely see. Peggy's Cove was a whiteout. But we wandered about and after sunrise, the fog began to lift. We didn't get magic light, but magic was still there.
