They recently changed companies and I know one of the questions they had to answer was “How many members of your household are licensed to drive?”. If I got a license their rate should stay the same? It would be their car I’d drive if a situation ever came up where I needed to drive, but I absolutely do not see it becoming an even twice-a-year thing.
