Hotel entrepreneur Robert Bigelow, the biggest individual donor to a group supporting Ron DeSantis' presidential bid, told Reuters on Friday he will not donate more money unless the Florida governor attracts new major donors and adopts a more moderate approach.
"I'm going to give you money for ignoring school shootings, ignoring climate collapse, crapping on the top employer in the state, and installing bathroom police NOW STOP DOING ALL THAT."
The statement made sounds more like “Hey, I have no problem paying for your campaign, but, like, I don’t wanna be the only one. Also, can you try to sound just slightly less crazy in public? You’re trying to trick people into liking you, remember?”
If there was ever any question as to who runs our country, it’s the rich. They pull the strings of the politicians. Get money out of politics! Money is NOT speech! Corporations are NOT people!
