1. Change your email to an aliased email address. (Proton mail for instance).

Confirm the changes with Facebook.

2. Change your password to a unique max length with alpha numeric and symbols enabled.

Confirm the changes with Facebook.

3. Follow Facebook’s guide to deleting your account: Facebook: Delete your account
4. Delete your alias email. optional
5. Forget the password. optional

??? Never log into Facebook again.

Profit.
