BE Hi all, as title states, my parent has Stargardt’s disease and I am trying to find a TV that best suits that condition. Unfortunately at this time, he doesn’t use accessibility features like voice commands or text-to-speech type tools. I think that may be revisited in the future....
I’ve been living with Stargardt’s disease since I was 9, and it’s deteriorated to the point that I can’t read physical books or papers, and I pretty much have to use my computer for everything with magnification and screen reader software....
Hi everyone,...
I am wondering if there’s a rapid way to switch between two voiceover voices. The only method I know involves going to settings-voiceover-speech-voices-scroll down etc. etc. etc., which is really too much. You start appreciating every touch because you know that there won’t be as many as you need to, to not feel lonely and that touch is the only thing that connects you...
My apologies for neglecting to post this here earlier....
Hi everyone,...

These guys fucked up their website, but I hope glasses are still good....
I’m looking for accessible XMPP/jabber clients for Windows desktop and IOS. Anyone got any recommendations for me?
As the title says this is actually usable with a display without bullshit fighting with the screen reader navigation for twice as long as writing the post takes.
I’d been recommended a sternum height cane, but I noticed it was pretty bad for my posture. I also wanted to switch to something lighter, because it really strains my wrist....
