Scrolling to top

I’m getting weirdness trying to scroll to top on the latest beta. It seems to endlessly scroll the same articles and never reaches the top. Also, when I hit the refresh option from the menu it used to go to the top and no longer does - I have to go and find the Frontpage option in the sidebar to get to the top (quite...
