Kbin/Lemmy integration

So I subscribed to this magazine/community a few weeks back and yet no posts or content seem to be getting fed to my Lemmy instance. Is it required to post something on my end for the ‘connection’ to work, or should it be feeding automatically? Wondering if anyone else has run into this issue in either direction.
