Grilled some burgers and broccoli for Independence Day. Hard to beat a nice German-style potato salad as a side.

That potato salad looks amazing. I have never heard of German potato salad but I'm definitely going to try it.

It ditches the mayo and makes a dressing with bacon fat, vinegar, and whole grain mustard. It’s one of those great “more than the sum of its parts” recipes. www.seriouseats.com/german-potato-salad
