This recipe originated from the Tea Room inside the old L. S. Ayres Department Store here in Indianapolis. This particular batch came from a local soup place just off Monument Circle.

This is a dish from Peru that I’ve never found in the states until now.
Still getting the hang of steel wok frying but I was happy with how this turned out.
Of course, I COULD try another ramen from their menu. But why? It’s my all time favourite since day 1.
Rice mixed with quinoa, gratted carrots, snap peas, brown lentils, avocado, cherry tomatoes, sweet sticky tofu, and some fried onions… And spicy mayo!
