catsdoingcatstuff, 9 months ago Yeah, I mostly use my metal spatula in the stainless pans. I’ll walk back my statement a little though. I don’t think it’s as delicate as I made it sound. :) You can use metal, but you just can’t go crazy with it. It’s not as touchy as non-stick.
