If you see sugar kiss/origami/orange candy melon I recommend any of those! Melons are in season right now where I am, and those three are pretty much the best. Honeydew or sliced kiwi make a nice color break too! Then throw in some blueberries and you've got a rainbow!

I have one of these in my fridge! I’m planning on cooking it sous vide though. The bark doesn’t get quite as good but it is so easy and tender when it’s done.

I made a thai vegetable curry the other day with chickpeas that was so good. There’s a thai restaurant in town that does a curry dish that is topped with raw red onion, and I’ve been super into doing that and tons of lime when I make it too
