hello Beehaw, it’s a sleepy morning–and i did not get very much sleep. luckily i have no social priorities so this is not a big deal. currently reading a number of books after completely crashing out of doing that for the entire month of June. i think i can get about 3 in before the end of the month, we’ll see

Ran out two days ago, had a busy day yesterday, was sure I’d do it today but fell into a FOSS hole trying to setup some stuff and now here we are. Getting the first rushes of anxiety, actual bursts I can feel. It’s only Citalopram, so I won’t be going through withdrawals or anything crazy, but dang this sucks....

Are there any decent instances that are connected with beehaw, lemmy.world, and lemmy.ml that have blocked lemmynsfw? I enjoy nsfw, but I’m getting sick of trying to casually scroll through all and it be 65% porn.

The background here is that I have been a web developer for over 20 years and I feel like I’m drifting dangerously close to burnout. A lot of my blog posts revolve around me exploring this topic and trying to figure out what to do about it....

Will is one of two close friends that I have here in rural Maine…It’s been difficult discovering friendships here and I don’t know why....
