jadero, Seems straightforward to me. It’s pretty typical to permit testimony from those who were directly victimized. It’s also pretty typical to permit impact statements from those indirectly victimized.

Exactly what I was thinking. This just sounds like it would be a victim impact statement which serves very standard.
I also fail to see how it could possibly be considered irrelevant.
