franklin, 9 months ago (edited 9 months ago) Our problems are entirely policy and zoning based. Having swoths of low density single-family homes with poor access to public transit is the problem. Sure having less people does make it less of a problem but it’s never going to fix it and it’s an insane take to suggest otherwise
