Saw xc2215x’s Mallard in the Road and it reminded me of this picture. I’d like to think mallard sits in silent judgement of those who do not return their carts.
Trogons are incredibly fun to find and photograph. This is the only individual black-headed trogon I came across this year.

I’ve had a lot of great birding days this year, but little compares to the sheer awe at watching 100,000+ snow geese lift off at once. Previously, I’d only seen three individual snow geese. I hope I get to experience this beauty and feeling again soon....
I prefer to get action shots when possible, and sometimes, the birds deliver....
