Stern, 6 months ago Nope, but I’ve found a nice mac and cheese sandwich to be a small mac and cheese put on a chicken sandwich at KFC/Chik-Fil-A/Popeyes/Your preferred chicken hut. Add a BBQ sauce and it’s great. Super messy though.
