flashgnash, 6 months ago (edited 6 months ago) It depends if you’ve injured yourself, you can generally tell when pain is from a workout and when it’s from an injury Generally you can ignore the acheyness and get on with your day, it will rarely impede you other than a little discomfort That said, not a good idea to attempt to exercise that muscle again until the ache is gone
