I also use windscribe, pihole on my home network, extensions like ublock-origin and canvasblocker for Firefox, violent monkey with various scripts to not deal with trackers etc, nextDNS as well. And of course I pirate all sorts of shit using qbittorent tied to only work when my vpn is active.
