Yeah no problem! Here’s the recipe:

2 oz Earl Grey tea

1/2 tsp honey

1/2 oz lemon juice

1 1/2 oz gin

lemon twist

Add all and shake with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass with fresh ice, garnish

I generally make the tea beforehand and let it get to room temp.
