Any interest in making an Open Source AnarchyChess ?

I was wondering if there was anyone who would be interested in making an Open Source version of AnarchyChess. IE, take some specific rules like Siberian Swipe, Il Vaticano, Knight Boost, alpha beta decay, il vaticannon etc and modify an existing open source game (and engine) to play to these rules.
