A while ago someone on here mentioned how often #ActuallyAutistic folks have difficulty sleeping and that centering your sensory needs can help. They suggested ear plugs and canopy beds, along with weighted blankets and such.
Today I was finally able to hang my new (to me) canopy and I am sat in my bed right now and cannot even begin to tell you the joy I feel.

@alexisbushnell@actuallyautistic Weighted blankets unfortunately didn't do anything for me, but fairy lights have been amazing and I've always loved the idea of a canopy for my bed to make it nest-like.

Obviously not to say adult NTs can't love and want a canopy bed.
