@haui @actuallyautistic my spouse and I both have allergies that keep getting worse. Mine has gotten severe, leading to a wide variety of other problems. I'm learning the are several whole other levels beyond OTC and even prescription antihistamines, and beyond immunotherapy. I've done them all and they were minimally helpful. I'm hoping to graduate to Xolair after my next chat with my allergist.

@Cetraria @actuallyautistic wow! Thats tough! I can see how my allergies affect other things in my body/life as well. Thats why I‘m trying that again. It helped me a lot 20 yrs ago. Maybe it will again.

@haui Breathing allergies, no I do not have.

Allergies in general (reactions to food) gets worse every year.

I'm regularly taking over-the-counter Loratadine (Claritin 24) tablets.

May I suggest... google for MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome). I suspect I might have MCAS myself.
