I haven’t informed myself about trauma the way I have about AuDHD and I need suggestions for coping and resources.
I was blindsided into a 3 way phone convo with my abusive sister after 2yrs of no contact and I’ve spiraled into intense anxiety depression and anger. I had no idea my reaction would be like this.
