I can’t verbalize my feelings bc the process of organizing my sensations into thoughts that have words that can be conveyed, understood, and heard is really difficult for me. I feel like I’m spinning out both cognitively and emotionally, and yr description of that event matches many, many examples from my life where “things went bad for Sean” but I’m the only one experiencing it, and I can’t find a way to let ppl in
