@StrassenKatze@actuallyautistic i still remember the childhood friend i recently reconnected with whose reaction was a 3 minute voice message where she explained that she is "actually a bit autistic as well" but she has done a lot of mindfulness n shit and now whenever she gets the impulse to do "one of these behaviours" she just, doesn't do them!!
