@Maker_of_Things@actuallyautistic I also use that quiet time and multidimensional ‘canvas’ to tinker with ideas… and sometimes I just have fun with it.
Like, I’ll give my brain a word and wait and see what it comes up with. Like if I think ‘horse’, it might conjure up a photographic image, or an animated cartoon horse, or sometimes a really tangential connection to the concept. That’s what keeps me from panicking when I can’t sleep 💁♀️
