I attended a webinar about neurodiversity at an online tech conference & something clicked, prompting me to look further. And then I just fell straight down the rabbit hole of research, mainly autistic lived experience. Not formally diagnosed & suspect I might never opt to, but knowing there's nothing inherently wrong with me is a massive positive after nearly 4 decades.
