@theautisticcoach@actuallyautistic it helps a lot to know that I’m not alone, tbh, I didn’t know that until just now. Knowing enough to put a name to things I’m experiencing is a huge improvement. But I’m still looking into a formal diagnosis, that would be a game changer for all kinds of reasons
