In my mind it means that you are probably so used to communicate with NTs and analyze each sentence and "read between the lines" automatically. I for one can have a hard time talking to NDs because I constantly phrase things for NTs and interprete everything like it came from NTs, learned automatic (masking) behavior. Even though it IS so much easier communicating with other NDs IF I know they are.
