@bensb@academicchatter I have found that sadly to be common and have a hard time even rallying locally to get contributors to envisage repositories as more than means to an immediate end and then let them eat cake. Negligence at best, hubris (we might have another paper we can squeeze out of the data and if we can't, no one else can) at worst.
