Do you mean recipes as in US recipes (spoons and cups), or as rest of the world recipes (grams)?

Both work. I have a conversion chart I use for baking. Some of my favorite recipes are from other countries.

What do you mean by "other countries"? You have to adapt to the fact that the Fediverse is a worldwide forum, certainly not a US one, and that most of the time English is used for convenience.

I mean some of my favorite recipes come from places other the America, which is where I live. I deal with metric all the time in cooking.
You asked which types cups/spoons or grams. It really doesn't matter. Conversation charts exist for a reason. Almost all my baking recipes are metric. I love all food, from everywhere. I love trying new things, especially food from different cultures and places. If I can find the ingredients I'll give it a try. I find food is the best way to learn about people.
