Need help removing triangles in PrusaSlicer

Hey y’all. I am trying to do a max perimeter style print, and want to know how to remove these smaller sections. I know I could reduce wall count until I remove them, however that isnt dynamic, and leaves larger gaps than I want in other areas. Is there a setting in PrusaSlicer im missing?
