Invisible struggles may be the worst kind of struggles. Or if you're not blending in, people insist that "you should try." It's especially hard coming from family members who know you but refuse to acknowledge that you can't just """change your brain""" and """be normal"""....
I was taking a walk (as I always do) on Saturday morning around my neighbourhood. There’s a couple of ponds around and on the bank of one of those ponds, I saw two strange ducks. Their bright yellow beaks really caught my attention and I took a couple of photos, but I thought they were just strange mallards....

A friend has been growing oyster mushrooms and he gave me some this weekend. I made a lovely dish involving curry paste that turned out incredible. With a side of a quinoa, asparagus, and tahini dressing side I had meal prepped, this dinner just felt like a win. Healthy and amazing!!
